“Everything Else” New Catalog Card Swap – Due May 31

2022-23 New Catalog Card Swap

2022-23 New Catalog Card Swap

Beginning May 3 customers and demonstrators will be able to order new products from the 2022-23 New Catalog Card Swap. I am hosting an “every else new” swap for anything new that wasn’t on the pre-order. New stamps/bundles/suites, papers and embellishments. Can include new In colors.

Since we’ve already done a card swap for the pre-order swap, this will be a great way to build ideas beyond those stamps/bundles/suites/papers. The swap helps us prepare for ideas, classes, workshops, open houses and events celebrating the new catalog.

This swap is open to all demonstrators, all levels. Come join the fun.

Not a demonstrator yet? Get products in a demo kit. Joining as a demo is the BEST DEAL, and you can join, get pre-order products in your kit and use them to participate in our swap.

 HOW TO SWAP

  • 10 CARD SWAP: All cards must use products/stamps/paper/ink as the main focal point of the card.  10 card swap, you will receive 9 back. You may do up to 2 groups.
  • Everything New Except Pre-order Items: Please only use the new products in the new annual catalog except the items that were on the pre-order. It is ok to use the new In Color color products even though they are on the pre-order.
  • All supplies/products MUST be current Stampin’ Up! products. Do not use any of the following on these swaps: Retired in colors or retired products,  Clearance rack,  non-SU! product
  • Include your name and contact info but don’t attach permanently. Supply lists and details are optional and always appreciated.  Do not permanently attach or stamp contact to the back of the card or clear envelope so it may be used again. It is ok to stamp your contact info on a post it note and attach.
  • Each card must be in a Stampin’ Up Clear Envelope #102619. Do not use off brand clear envelopes for this swap they will be sent back.
  • Place each group of 10 cards inside a gallon sized Ziplock bag labeled with your name on it.

  • Swaps must include a self addressed USPS Flat Rate Envelope with postage printed online from the post office. Please see the shipping section below for how to do this if you haven’t done it before. It’s easy and you don’t have to leave your house.
  • ** Please do not use postage stamps on return swap package. I’ve had issues with postage stamps the past several swaps, they are being returned to me. PLEASE PRINT POSTAGE ONLINE  Your are responsible for your own tracking. Be sure to use tracking on both your return package and the swaps being sent to me so you know where your package is and when it will arrive.

How To Mail Card Swaps

  1. Place each individual swap card in a Stampin Up Clear Envelope
  2. Place each group of swap card in a gallon sized zip lock bag.
  3. Write your name on each zip lock bag.
  4. Include a SELF-ADDRESSED, POSTAGE PAID Return Envelope.
    • Please make sure return postage is attached to envelope.
    • DO NOT send money
    • DO NOT send loose postage in the envelope
    • The only thing in the envelope upon arrival should be zip locked bags with your name on them and filled with swaps. They are all opened at once and grouped anything additional in the envelope original will be thrown away.
    • If you are participating in multiple swaps, you may mail them all in the same package.

I highly recommend using the USPS Flat Rate Priority envelopes.
Please do not use the small priority boxes, your return swaps may not fit.

  • You can use click and ship labels on USPS.com. OR go to the Post Office.
    • USPS.com asks what date you are mailing and only gives 4 days out. This date isn’t important, you can still use it on your return envelope even if it’s weeks later.

ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED IN AN EMAIL AFTER YOU REGISTER
If you don’t receive the email, contact me at tami@stampwithtami.com

HOW TO SWAP VIDEO

If you have never done a card swap with me before, here’s a video from a previous Occasions catalog swap. It shows how to package your swaps and how the swap is done.
