2015 STAMPIN UP “SNEAK PEEK” CATALOG SWAPS

The 2015 Stampin Up Occasions and Sale-a-Bration Catalogs have been revealed! they will make their debut on the Stampin Up Demonstrator website today, and as demonstrators we can start pre-ordering from them on December 3, 2015. Customers may begin order on January 5, 2016.

To kick off these amazing new catalogs, I’m hosting several card front swaps. These are open to all demonstrators in the US*. They great way to get some fresh ideas to show your customers, and use as class projects.

• “Early Bird” Occasions Catalog Swap – Due December 15 – 10+ 1 Card Fronts
• “Early Bird” Sale-a-Bration Swap – Due December 15 – 5 + 1 Card Fronts
• “After Christmas” Occasions Catalog Swap – Due December 31 – 10+ 1 Card Fronts
• “After Christmas” Sale-a-Bration Swap – Due December 31 – 5 + 1 Card Fronts

SWAP DETAILS:

• Main Stamp Set / accessories used from the Occasions  Catalog
  • Make 11 Occasions, or 6 SAB cards. All the same design.
    • “10+1+ means the swap is for 10 cards, plus an additional for the swap host. You send 11, you will receive 10 back.
    • You will not receive one of your own back unless the swap doesn’t fill.
  • Use of new  designer papers, etc is encouraged.
  • Minimum 2 layers.
  • Cool technique or embellishment.
  • DO NOT USE: Any retiring stamp sets, accessories from the Holiday catalog.
  • Standard card front is a “post card” style 5-1/2 x 4-1/4″ front of a card used for ideas.
    • You may vary from the standard sized card front for “wow” swaps, but ATC size and tags are not acceptable substitutes.

• Include your name and contact info on the back of each card front.
  • Recipes on the back of each cardfront is optional and appreciated.
• Please place each card front in a Stampin Up clear envelope to prevent layers from sticking to each other and ruining the cards.
• To participate in multiple swaps:
  • Register for each swap separately.
  • You must do different card designs for each swap.
  • Place each group of swaps in a quart sized ziplock bag back and label each bag:
    • Your name
    • Contact info
    • The name of the swap
  • You may mail multiple swaps together, and return postage may be combined.
    • NOTE: If you sign up for both Early Bird and After Christmas Swaps please either include two packages/postage for return, or indicate that it’s ok to ship all swaps after Christmas.

Please do your best work on this swap so we have quality work to show our customers.

• Self Addressed postage STAMPED envelope (including postage)
  • Flat Rate Priority envelope is recommended with a priority postage stamp (not dated postage)
• If you sign up for both Early Bird and After Christmas Swaps plaese either include two packages/postage for return, or indicate that it’s ok to ship all swaps after Christmas.
