THE BIG DAY IS HERE!!! I can finally share my BIG NEWS!!!! Youtube (yes…THE YOUTUBE) contacted me a couple of weeks ago. They had chosen my stamping channel: stampwithtami to be featured for their September 2012 On the Rise program!!! It’s like the American Idol of YouTube!!! The cruelest part was not letting me share it until today, it’s been killing me not to share this.
What does this mean? Each month, YouTube features four YouTube channels have recently experienced significant growth for their On The Rise program. It launches Wednesday, September 12 and for 1 week users will be able to vote for their favorite YouTube channel!
This is such an incredible honor, and so overwhelming. Did you know YouTube has hundreds of millions of subscribers?!? The exposure this opportunity brings not only supports me, but all of my stampin’ sisters out there. We are all related in this realm.
The video: We had a lot of fun putting this video together for the big event, my kids and I are a team. Are they “stinkin’ cute” or what?? The video is a compilation of my “greatest hits” video tutorials (as chosen by a poll on my Facebook page), and a little bit of me channeling my excitement and kookiness (if that is even a word??).

I’ve gone from a real techie at a major computer company until 15 years ago to exceptionally stupid when it comes to social networking. I watch you on youtube all the time but I’ll be darned if I can figure out how to vote for you – even with your “direct link”. Please, a little more help for the uninformed.
