VIDEO TUTORIAL: Bootiful Halloween Witches Broom Lollipop

We are “popping” into Halloween with a 2 part Witches Broom gift video series on …well…pops! Tootsie pops & popping corn to be exact.

Our first project is a fun way to recycle some of that paper packing that comes in our Stampin’ Up! orders! Note: The Circle Scissors I use in the video has been discontinued (I didn’t even realize it…oops!) so I have a 6″ circle pattern you can trace in the inspiration sheet.
