The Stampin Up Everyday Hero stamp set is a BYOSH (Build Your Own Super Hero) set. On today's video, I'll show you how to build this super stinkin' cute girl hero. And you can swap it out and make this a boy as well. I'm going to do some watercoloring with the aqua painters and ink pads on this video. Below you can see Veronica's original card. Yesterday the upcoming Stampin Up 2017 Occasions catalog launched for demonstrators. What an exciting day it was! My Stamp It demo group had so much fun sharing what we ordered and comparing who earned the most Sale-a-bration products on our Facebook group. We were downright giddy.
My pre-order will be in later today and I'm hoping to jump on Facebook Live and share the haul with you. Along with some fantastic cards created with the new products.

VIDEO: The Wilderness Awaits Watercoloring

Today's sweet doggie card is a quick watercolor card from the Stampin Up Wilderness Awaits stamp set. He makes a great masculine card, and fits many occasions. I made this live on Periscope last night for my blog this morning and posted the replay on Facebook. You can watch the replay even if you don't have the Periscope app yet. Don't laugh too much at my antics, I can't edit out live broadcasts, you get what you get hahaha.
I share a few tips on how to get a nice clean image with the background stamps, and how to make your own "candy dot" colors. Stay tuned to the end of the video from some more card ideas using the Wilderness Awaits stamp set.

I wanted to go "outside the traditional box" for my Valentine's Day blog hop project. This awesome Sunburst card is a real "Wow", I have a video below to show you how to make it. The Stampin Up Going Global stamp set is a perfect fit, and it makes a cool masculine card. I have teenage boys, so I like designing cards the are suitable for the "guys". The card design was inspired by Heidi Baks. Her design used the epoxy accent stick ons for the heart. I didn't have these, so I'm going to show you how to make this using Crystal Effects. Today's video is a gorgeous card my friend Linda Cullen shared at our last demonstrator group meeting. It is so beautiful, and versatile. Designed with Easter in mind, but changed the "Happy Easter" greeting to "Thoughts of You" to show how easy it can become a sympathy card.
The video shows some easy tips on how to use masking to "eliminate" portions of a rubber stamp.

Yes, I realize it's January but what can I say? I'm from New England and Maine lobsters (or Lobstahs as we say) are as common as burgers and hot dogs in our house lol. Seriously, you have BBQs, we have Lobstah-Qs. So when I saw the By The Tide stamp set in the new Spring Catalog, featuring this fabulous guy, I knew he was first on my list!
