This card was made by Dania Welch. She die cut the Top Note on the double sided paper, and folded the top over to create a purse, then added some ribbon. It’s attached with Stampin’ Up dimensionals, so it’s raised and a note card can be placed in the purse.… Aloha! Hawaii bound
