The message on this card seemed like the perfect share after returning from a weekend with my boys. We attended a Teen Retreat with the church Youth Group. It was an amazing weekend that I was blessed to be a part of. "Each one of us is God's special work of art" ~ So true!!

The words are from the Trust God stamp set, the butterfly is from Papillon Potpourri. What really makes this card "pop" is the layering of the butterfly (see close up below). The butterlfies in this set match the punches, making the layers simple and easy. The bottom section of the butterfly was raised up on Stampin' Dimensionals once. The upper wings were raised up in two layers. Just a touch of sponging under the butterfly creates a stunning effect!

Here is Part 2 my By the Seashore stamp set "mini series", getting us ready for some summertime fun. Created by my friend, Cheryl Flynn. The words "Live in the Sunshine by Ralph Waldo Emerson" are from the Pursuit of Happiness stamp set. Sorry, I didn't realize the bow was covering the words in the picture until it was too late. This card just make me happy! I love the polka dot parade dsp, the colors (real red , marina mist and whisper white) and the elements (the scallop edgelit, chevron emboss folder and polka dot ribbon) are all "just right".

I'm starting a "mini series" of cards featuring the Stampin' Up! By the Seashore stamp set. This is a really pretty set in the annual catalog, it has shells, starfish, sand dollar and a crab. My friend, and sister demo, Cheryl Flynn created this card.

There is more than meets the eye, the shell panel and "Dream" layers are spritzed with Shimmer mist (Champagne Shimmer mist and alcohol mixture) which give it a real "pow" in person. The Natural composition paper is embossed with the Delicate Designs impression folder at the bottom. Apothecary Accents Framelits on the top panels for the gorgeous shape.

Here's another fabulous card from the All Dressed Up Bundle in the Spring Catalog. This card was created by my friend (and Stamp It Group member), Mary Bush. Mary used the Birds of a Feather Designer paper, two-tone Pink Pirouette ribbon, Apothecary Accents Framelits along with the Vintage Wallpaper and Polka Dots impression folders. I'm going to be honest, when I first saw the All Dressed Up bundle in the back of the newest Spring Catalog, it wasn't high on my list of "must haves". Then my friend Gianna brought this card over one night and *gasp* the bundle instantly made it's way to the top of my list...even the expedited shipping "must have tomorrow" list hahaha! It's funny how one card can change your entire opinion of a stamp set, and yet it happens to me all the time.

This is actually a "window card", Gianna cut out the window in on the front of the card with the Labels Framelits. It's stunning! Check out my video tutorial to see this bundle in action.

This is a fun and different shape card that really catches you attention! Created by my friend, and Stamp It demo group member, Esther Villasana. Lots of fun using products from the Spring Catalog. The scallop oval shape was created with the Ovals Framelits dies and the Big Shot. The stamp set is the new Rain or Shine set.
