HOW TO MAKE PARTY CRACKERS GIFT BOXES
PARTY CRACKER SERIES SET #1
Today is my Stamp It Demonstrator’s Group Blog Hop . We’re all really excited to unveil our projects, and announce a new contest giveaway. To continue on your journey through our projects, simply use the BLOG HOPPERS links below.
Party crackers (also called poppers) are fun party favors / table gifts for the holidays, birthday parties, favors and other special occasions and festive events. I created these with the Stampin’ Up Cracker & Treat Box die and the October 2022 Paper Pumpkin kit.
Some ideas to put inside your party crackers: candy, treats, novelty gifts, toys and trinkets, and riddles and jokes.
On the video I’ll share a couple sets for Thanksgiving coming in this series. They will so good as table settings.
On the video class I’ll share:
- The October Paper Pumpkin Kit
- How to make Window Party Crackers as an alternate to the kit
- How to custom color white ribbon
- Many more party cracker and gift box ideas in the series.
In addition to the video I have written instructions, measurements, templates and photos below.

MORE PHOTOS
For this set of party crackers I used the Ho Ho Ho October 2022 Paper Pumpkin Kit.
I made windows in the party crackers using a die from the Stitched Rectangle dies and a Window Sheet.
I didn’t have the color ribbon that I wanted to use on this cracker box. I’ll share a quick tip on the video for how to color your White Crinkle Ribbon to match your projects.
I used the printed envelopes and die cuts from the Ho Ho Ho Paper Pumpkin kit to create these boxes.
The Window Sheet lets you see what’s inside the box. I filled these with candies, but you can fill them with trinkets, toys, favors and more.
For this set I created a tray for the treat boxes with only the bottom of the box with Glimmer Paper.
I will be sharing the rest of the tutorials in my Party Cracker Series over the next few weeks here on my blog.
I shared this alternate project from the Ho Ho Ho Paper Pumpkin kit yesterday. You can get the tutorial free here. I’ll be sharing more alternate ideas next week.

#stampitcontest – Can’t wait to see instructions on snowman popper!
already left previous comment but are you going to show how you did the snowmen? I’m trying to figure out how you did the bottom of snowman since you cut it.
I actually didn’t cut the bottom off. I only put the paper 1/2 way up the die for both top and bottom. And yes, I will have instructions coming for these and all of my party crackers. stay tuned
