Twisted Gatefold Series Part 2: Daffodil Afternoon

Daffodil Afternoon Twisted Gatefold

DAFFODIL AFTERNOON TWISTED GATEFOLDS – PART 2 OF 4

Twist & Shout! Today’s segment in my Twisted Gatefold series features 2 stunning cards created with the Stampin’ Up Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper that is available during Sale-a-bration. This paper is just to die for!I used it both on the cards, and on the coordinating envelopes. See the video to learn how to make both Daffodil Afternoon Twisted Gatefold cards and envelopes.

I combined the paper with it’s coordinating Daffodil Daydream bundle.

I used the “Easter Blessings” greeting from the stamp set, but these would make great designs for any occasion. Simply by changing the greeting you can make these birthday, celebration, wedding, congratulations and more.

DAFFODIL AFTERNOON PAPER

PHOTOS

The Stampin’ Up Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper is so beautiful, you don’t even need to add anything else and these cards are gorgeous. Even the envelope is so pretty your loved one will want to frame it.

All of the designs in this patterned paper pack as so pretty that I was having such a hard time deciding which one to choose. So instead of choosing, I made a couple different cards. I still can’t pick a favorite, can you?

The banner on this card came from the Floral Heart dies. The flower inside was created with the Daffodil Dies.

For the inside of this card I stamped one of the daffodil images from the stamp set and colored with the Stampn’ Blends markers.

I used the Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon around the envelope that I made. If you were going to mail the envelope you would want to leave the ribbon off. But it makes a nice addition if you are hand gifting.

These next 2 photos show both cards fully open both front and back.

The card and it’s coordinating envelope together.

When you twist open this card the Daffodil appears inside. It’s created with the Daffodil Dies.
