HOW TO GIFT WRAP WINE BOTTLES
Today is my Stamp It Demonstrator’s Group New Years Theme Blog Hop. We’re all really excited to unveil our projects (like How to gift wrap a wine bottle), and announce a new contest giveaway. To continue on your journey through our projects, simply use the BLOG HOPPERS links below.
Bring the toast of the New Year, Birthday or any celebration with custom gift wrapped bottle of your favorite drink. On this video class I’ll share how to do simple wraps, fan top wraps and rosette ornaments using designer paper. All of my samples were created with the Stampin’ Up Expressions in Ink designer series paper but you can adapt these with any designer paper and adapt them for any occasion.
I’ll share how to make custom size wraps to fit any size bottles or cans.

Here are 3 awesome ways to dress up a wine bottle gift. From a simple wrap and tag, to a rosette ornament and wrapped topper. All of these bottles are shown using the Stampin’ Up Expressions in Ink Specialty Designer Series Paper.
Here’s a simple wrapped bottle. I used a tag from the Tailor Made Tags dies set and heat embossed words from the Stampin’ Up Create with Friends Stamp Set.
Here’s a matching set of a fan wrapped bottle and a simply wrapped bottle. I stamped “Celebrate New Years” in Polished Pink on the designer paper before wrapping. Then added some Gilded Gems.
The isn’t just a gorgeous tag for your champagne (Prosseco or wine) but it’s also an ornament that can be displayed long after the drinks are gone. A little something to remember the special occasion.
I used small prosecco bottles for these fan topped wraps. These can be adjusted to any size bottle simply by adding a longer sections. I’ll share how to do this on the video. I used the Stampin’ Up Hammered Metal 3D Embossing folder to add texture to the bottom.
The gold striped designer paper from the Expressions in Ink collection pairs beautifully with the Brushed Metallic Foil.
I heat embossed the word “Celebrate” in gold. It really pops on the black card stock. The tag is cut from the Tailor Made Tags.
This last design is the only one I didn’t use the Stampin Up Expressions in Ink Specialty Paper on. This one used the Pattern Paper Host Designer Paper. I used the Old Olive and Pretty Peacock Reversible Ribbon with Bermuda Bay card stock.
