Cue The Confetti Card

Flippin’ adorable “Cue the Confetti” card featuring the new Stampin Up Hippo Happiness bundle and the Pattern Play stamp set. The background stripes from the Pattern Play stamp set were stamped first, then the label from the Hippo & Friends dies was cut out and then attached with Stampin’ dimensionals so it lines up perfectly.

The lamb and balloons are also from the bundle.
