Beautiful seahorse gratitude card design from the Stampin Up Seaside Notions stamp set. Perfect for a summer thank you card making idea. The oval was cut with the Stitched Shapes die out of scrap paper and used as a mask. The “water” effect is sponged inside the oval mask with the ink pads and sponge daubers.
