This is such a pretty card. The flower is from the Stampin’ Up Lovely Lilypad Sale-a-bration stamp set. It is heat embossed in black, then colored with the Pool Party and Bermuda Bay Stampin Blends and cut out with the coordinating Lily Dies. The word “celebrate” comes from the Happy Birthday to You Sale-a-bration stamp set. The watercolor wash look is created with the Stampin Blends markers as well.
