CARD: Wishing you a day of love and joy WOW card

CARD

This is such a pretty card in soft pastels from the Subtle Collection. Created with the Stampin Up Woven Heirlooms stamp set and Heirlooms die and folder for the frame. The background is textured with the Country Floral folder. The color is applied with sponge daubers. The words are stamped on Vellum Card stock and layered behind the frame. A bow tied in the Petal Pink Metallic Edge Ribbon tops it off.
