Beautiful, bright and cheery birthday card from the Stampin Up Beautiful Friendship stamp set and Bird Ballard designer paper. What a fabulous combo. The greeting is cut from the Stitched Shapes Circle, and layered over a Scalloped Circle from the Layering Circles. Some Iridescent Sequins finish it off.
