This is such a fun idea for a birthday card. The whole family is represented with stamps from the Stampin’ Up Family & Friends stamp set. The images are colored with the Stampin’ Blends markers. Stitched Rectangle dies cut out the top panels. Layered over butterfly patterned paper  from the Needlepoint Nook DSP series. The background is patterned with the Tin Tile folder.
