Sweet wishes card from the Stampin’ Up Hello Cupcake stamp set that is available free during Saleabration. This is a pretty simple card, with a fancy border. The Brights DSP strips are adhered on a diagonal to a precut piece of Whisper White cardstock and then trimmed it down.
