So bright and cheery, this card is sure to put a smile on someone’s face. Created with the  Stampin’ Up! Varied Vases stamp set. The shadow was created with the Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends marker. The main panel was cut with the Stitched Rectangle dies and layered over stripes from the Brights DSP collection.
