CARD: You’re My Valentine from the Sure Do Love You Stamps

A beautiful Valentine’s Day card from the Stampin Up Sure Do Love You bundle in the 2018 Occasions Catalog. The flowers are from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment kit. Layered on a panel of Powder Pink Card stock, textured with the Brick Wall folder and the tail was punched with the Triple Banner punch. All layered over the Delicate Doily.

The background is the Painted with Love Designer Paper and Berry Burst metallic ribbon.

    Hi Tami,

    What a fantastic project, I love when dollies are used in a project it always seems to soften the whole image some how. I also would not have thought to have embossed the banner either, not with the brick wall embossing folder especially. But it works! Its my favourite ribbon at the moment with SU so you can’t go wrong with that but the way it is ruffled up before adhering is fabulous and using one of the images from the Sweet soiree embellishment kit is such a great way to get an elaborate and beautiful image quickly. :O)
