CARD: Big on Birthdays WOW card

This card is a real WOW! The images from the Stampin Up Big on Birthdays set were stamped on Watercolor Paper, then a little Soft Sky watercolor wash was painted on the background. The letters are highlighted with the Gold Pen SU used to carry (you could use a gold paint pen too). The Gold Satin ribbon is a fabulous finishing touch.
