This gorgeous card made it’s debut on Tuesday’s Stampin Scoop Show (Episode 25). Created with the new Beautiful You stamp set that is coming out in the 2017 Occasions Catalog. The lace image is from the Sale-a-bration Delicate Details stamp set. The background paper is from the Falling in Love DSP.

The background can be watercolored with either the ink pads, or the new Watercolor Pencils.
