This is a great, fun and easy card to make. The words “Happiest of Birthdays to you” comes from the Stampin Up Birthday Blooms stamp set. They are colored with the In Color markers to match the ice cream designer paper, which is from the Birthday Bouquet DSP. The accents are the White Perfect Accents. Designed by Susie Wood.
