I love, love, love this card! My downline, and friend, Kim Quade sent this to me. It’s just darling. I love how she used the Dress Up Framlits and Polka Dot parade designer paper to create the dress. And I especially love the sun hat made from the Small & Large oval punches! Too stinkin’ cute Kim!
