UPDATE: My Stampin’ Up Trip of a Lifetime Fiji & New Zealand

2013-05-dream trip-stampin up

Once in a lifetime, you have an opportunity to something beyond your wildest dreams…the past 2 weeks…I lived that dream! It all started back in 2011, at the Stampin’ Up Annual Convention, when the 2013 Grand Vacation Incentive trip  was announced…an all expenses paid trip for 2 to FIJI!!! SERIOUSLY?!?! Did they just say FIJI!?!

Earning that dream trip was so exciting, and emotional. I am so grateful to all of you, my customers and demonstrator group sisters, who have been my rock, and my support and helped make this dream come true. This dream trip could not have happened without your support, I’m proud and humbled to be your Stampin’ Up Demonstrator. And to be a part of this amazing company, that has done so much for me and my kids. Vin-aka (thank you) from the very bottom of my heart!!

This 2 week trip, was one amazing day to the next. White Water Rafting down the Upper Navua river. Eating, dancing and being welcomed into a local village of Fijians . Rainbows, Glow worms, Thermal Hot Springs, Zip lining and a helicopter landing on a Glacier in New Zealand…just to name a few things we did.

Below are some photo collages, each collage from a different event. If you’d like to learn more, click on each collage for more info and a photo album (Facebook) with descriptions of each photo.

Your pictures are fabulous, Tammy – the most and best I’ve seen yet! Kind of surprised that more people have not shared many pictures….and that you were able to extend the trip to include New Zealand is fabulous…truly a trip of a lifetime! TFS~!

I will be going one day to New Zealand, only New Zealand.
I’ve been a huge JRR Tolkien fan since I was 12 or 13 when I first read “The Hobbit” and to be able to see all of the places where The Lord of the Rings movies were filmed and to visit Hobbiton (Matamata where they rebuilt Hobbiton for The Hobbit movie and built it bigger and better for a tourist attraction). To see Tongariro Park, Kaitoki, Wanaka, The Remarkables.
    SIGHS Heavy.
I wonder if you got to see any of those locations.
I am glad you had a good time even if I am envious. lol

    • Our biggest regret (if you can call anything about this trip regrettable) is that we didn’t know Hobbiton was on the South Island until after we left for the North Island. We were bummed…but at the same time had such an amazing time it was hard to be down about anything. Did get to see the Remarkables!
