This first project is a picture frame, taking several of the same sized hearts cut in designer paper and folded in half for the “Heart Hot Air Balloon”. Using the Sweet Centers Stamp Set #116521 for the balloon “basket” and heart punches from the Red Glimmer paper #121790.
