You Matter Card – All Together Collection by Stampin Up

Another fun card idea from theYou Matter Card – All Together Collection by Stampin Up. The “You Matter” card created using the Here for you dies, All Together Designer Series Paper and the blends markers. This is part 3 in my series of card tutorials with this collection.

HOW TO MAKE THIS CARD

CUTS:

    • Basic Black Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″
      • Scored in half at 4-1/4″
    • Brushed Metallics Foil: 5-1/4″ x 4″
    • All Together Designer Series Paper: 5″ x 3-3/4″
    • Basic White: 2″ x 4-1/4″
    • Basic White (Inside): 5″ x 3-3/4″
    • Scrap: Designer Paper (hands)

CARD INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Use a variety of the Natural Tones Stampin’ Blends markers to color 4 hands on the designer paper and cut them out.
  • Attach an Adhesive Sheet to back of the Metallic Foil Panel.
  • Cut the “You Matter” die from the center of the Metallic Foil. Careful not to cut the edges so it doesn’t show when you layer the card.
  • Attach the words to the front of the Basic White panel.
  • Assemble the remainder of the card using Seal Adhesive.
  • Attach Metallic Dots.

You Matter Card Photos


I cut the words from the Metallic Foil layer in the card. It’s a great way to conserve specialty paper. I covered it up with the designer paper. Our secret.

I used a variety of the Natural Tones stampin blends markers on the hands to show diversity. I am having a lot of fun blending them to create different tones. This video shows how to create the color chart for more color blending ideas.
