VIDEO: Ornamental Pine Dryer Sheet WOW Card Technique

Screen Shot 2014-10-20 at 1.12.17 PMThe dryer sheet technique is on of the coolest and easiest WOW techniques I've ever done. It's sparkly, beautiful, and stands out in a crowd. the dryer sheet gives it a unique texture too. In this video, I'll also show you how to get dimension from a single stamp by "triple" stamping. This makes a great choice for a Christmas, or Holiday card, because it's quick and easy to make. Perfect for large lists. You can even make it a photo card, by attaching a photo to the inside. CARD: Lovely as a Tree Dryer Sheet Beauty and Video

lovely as a tree-stampinup-stampwithtamiThe "dryer sheet" technique is one of my most popular videos ever (click here or scroll below). It is so easy and beautiful, I used it again to create this swap card for Stampin' Up Leadership in Houston a couple of weeks ago.

Along with the dryer sheet technique, I used the Woodgrain impressions folder for the background and rubbed white craft ink over the top "direct to paper".

VIDEO: Delicate Ornament Glimmer Christmas Wow Card

IMG_4433This gorgeous card idea from the Stampin Up Delicate Ornament stamp set / bundle comes from a recent card swap I hosted. I shared this card, from Kay Capps, on my latest video of Holiday Catalog card ideas. It was a "viewrs choice" in the poll I did from the video. Ranking as one of your favorites, and mine. I mixed it up a little bit by using a different piece of designer paper from this Winter Wonderland DSP package on the video. What do you think? Included on the video, I'll share 2 easy tips with the thinlits and dryer sheets that make popping out the pieces a snap. These ornaments are so pretty, you'll want to hang these on your tree instead of the card lol.

VIDEO: Bloopers & Stamp Fails 2012 – Part II The Holiday Edition

Ho-ho-hooooouch - it's the Holiday Edition of my video bloopers and stamp fails! I'm not sure what it says about me that I have another blooper edition so soon, except that I make a LOT of boo-boos. Holiday crafting gone wrong, and oh so funny! In this edition you get to meet my dog, Flash. He's a star, or so he thinks. What rating do "naked rhinestones" bring us too? Or how about the infamous "sticky strip fail?!?!" I'm sure some of you can relate to that one. Hope you enjoy this compilation of silliness and stamping blunders.
