Polar Bear Card

Warm & Toasty wishes to you from the Stampin’ Up Warm & Toasty stamp set. Designed by Tina Wardell. The polar bear card was colored with Stampin’ Write markers. The background was created with sponge daubers and some splattered white ink for the snow.
