We entertain at home a lot in the summer. I often tie trash bags to sections of the deck for convenience so people don’t have to walk too far to find one.

This morning I went outside to find I’d forgotten to bring one of the bags inside and my dog had found it, tried to eat it and had gotten himself stuck in it. Of course I panicked, the dog is fine (thank goodness) and I ran right out to the store to buy some bins for the trash and recycling. No more hanging bags.

In a flash of inspiration, I whipped out the Big Shot and my rolls of vinyl Decor Elements adhesive sheets to make custom labels. Did you know you could by these in rolls? And I didn’t stop at the labels, I went on to use the Loopy Flowers strip to decorate all the way around each bin. It was great to just peel and stick these on, love that!

These bins are almost too fancy for the trash hehehe.
