Exciting Changes Coming to Stampin’ Up!

Stampin’ Up! is always evolving to bring us the very best crafting tools, and with that comes some important news about a couple of product lines that are retiring. Don’t worry—this change is opening the door for even more exciting possibilities!

🎉 Farewell Tour: Stampin’ Write Markers!

After years of faithfully coloring, doodling, journaling, and helping us stamp in style, the Stampin’ Write Markers are officially heading into retirement. 🖊️✨

We’d like to thank them for their service (all those crisp lines and colorful creations!) and wish them well as they enjoy a much-deserved rest.

But before they ride off into the sunset, you still have one last chance to grab them! They’re available while supplies last—so if you love these classics, don’t wait. Stock up and give them the proper farewell party they deserve. 🎨💌

Why are they retiring?

With the growing popularity of Stampin’ Blends, more and more of us have shifted to these beautiful alcohol-based markers for their blending, shading, and smooth coloring techniques. While we say goodbye to the Stampin’ Write Markers, we celebrate the fact that Blends give us even more artistic freedom.

As much as I have loved the Stampin’ Write markers I will say I’d need to dust them off when I find as I can’t remember the last time I used them. I always grab from the Blends.

❤️ A Fond Farewell to Red Rubber “Cling” Stamps

Joining the retirement celebration are the red rubber “cling” stamps. But don’t worry—this is good news! We’re transitioning to all-clear photopolymer stamps.

That means:
✅ No more trimming and mounting.
✅ See exactly where you’re stamping.
✅ Easier storage (room for more stamps—yay!).

It’s a lot like when wood blocks retired a few years ago. At first, we were a little sentimental, but now? No one misses the bulk. This is the next exciting step in our stamping evolution, and we couldn’t be happier!

This is similar to when we transitioned away from wood blocks a few years back. At first, there was a little hesitation—but now? Nobody misses the bulky wood, and we all love the ease of acrylic blocks. This new evolution to photopolymer brings that same convenience and keeps prices more affordable as rubber costs continue to rise.

Cling Stamps (Red Rubber)

We’ve decided to discontinue our cling stamp line due to challenges in sourcing the necessary raw materials. While we currently have access to enough raw materials to continue production for the time being, the supply has become increasingly inconsistent, and certain key raw materials are no longer being manufactured. We’re choosing to make this change now to ensure a smoother, more strategic transition—with minimal disruption to you and your customers. We will continue to offer a wide range of photopolymer stamps to support various artistic styles and techniques.
