Happy Birthday Card from the new (upcoming) Stampin Up Party Pandas stamp set. This stamp set will be available free with $50 orders during the 2018 Stampin Up Sale-a-bration event. This event begins December 1 for demonstrators, and January 2 for customers.

The background paper is also part of the 2018 SAB, it’s called Bubbles & Fizz Designer Paper. It matches the Bubble over Bundle that is featured in the 2018 Occasions catalog.
