CARD: Gorgeous Flowering Flourishes WOW

WOW! Today’s card is an over the top wow card that I received as a swap from Julie Kettlewell in the UK. Julie used the Simply Scored to create the lines in the background, spritzed with baked brown suger ink refill and rubbing alcohol in a spritzer, then stamped. Fabulous results!
