I have a question regarding an order, but can’t find a contact number or email address for customer service. I ordered the Signs of Santa bundle, but only received the stamps. My shipping receipt says that the framelits are back ordered. The bundle was listed as available when I placed my order, how do the items from a bundle get separated ?

It happens sometimes. These are bundled for ordering purposes, not packaged as a bundle. The dies may be coming in any time so they weren’t noted as a back order on the store. Which means they’ll probably arrive any time now. Enjoy,
