Open this sweet birthday card and a beach pops up! I combined the Stampin’ Up Sunkissed stamp set with the Waves of Inspiration stamp set. The images are colored with Stampin’ Blends markers. I have a videos below to show how to make the pop up and how to color with Stampin’ blends.
