BLOG HOP VIDEO & GIVEAWAY: How to make Magic Pull Up Cards

For my “blog hop” project, I’ll show you how to make these super cool, interactive Magic Cards. As you pull the insert out, color will magically appear. They are so easy to make. I have a video class, free pdf and template below for you.

I have 2 cards to show. The first is my fall themed card featuring the Stampin Up Country Home Stamp Set. The 2nd is a birthday card from the Animal Outing Stamp Set. I used the Stampin Blends Alcohol Markers to color in the images, and will share some tips on the video.

Memento Black Ink vs Staz On Black Ink:

On today’s video class, I’ll be using 2 different black inks (both available in my online store). Because I’m stamping on a Window Sheet AND coloring with Alcohol markers, I will need both. But normally, I’d only need one or the other depending on the project. Here’s some tips:

Memento: For everyday stamping, Stampin Blends Alcohol markers. Not waterproof, not for watercoloring. Does not stick to non-porous surfaces.

Staz On: Waterproof for watercoloring and stamping on non-porous surfaces (such as the Window Sheet) and clothing. You’d also use Staz On Ink for regular waterbased Stampin’ Write Markers.
