November 27, 2017 On today's Stampin' Scoop Show, Linda and I featured the Stampin Up Quilted Christmas Suite. This bundle features the Christmas Quilt Stamp Set and coordinating Christmas Quit Dies.This set makes beautiful holiday cards and we shared a few ideas in the video (and below). Linda made a great card, and shared some fabulous techniques. The show must go on....Right before we aired live on Facebook, we noticed the floor of the studio had been flooded. We were able to go on with the stamping as scheduled, but we had to wear shoes (the horror...kidding). Linda normally takes her shoes off so she doesn't appear so tall, or so I don't appear so short standing next to her hahaha. Gorgeous holiday card idea from the Stampin Up Hearts Come Home bundle (stamp set and Hometown Greetings edgelits).The houses and snow scene were cut and layered together, then cut with the Stitched Shapes die to create the "ornament" effect. This Christmas card idea is a great holiday theme. Recreating a Christmas tree in front of the window with snow falling outside. The greeting comes from the Stampin Up Hearts Come Home stamp set and cut from the Stitched Shapes oval die.
