CARD: Watercolored Happy Birthday Make a Wish Card

This Make a Wish Birthday card is just striking in person! A quick watercolor wash over some  Stampin Up Watercolor Paper, then cut it out using the Happy Birthday die, reveals this awesome focal piece for the card. The “Make a Wish” words were  stamped in black with the Happy Birthday Gorgeous Stamp set. Add some bling with the Glitter Enamel Dots.

    What did you use for the stars in the background of the “Watercolored Happy Birthday Make A WISH Card? I couldn’t find anything used in the supply list.
