This is a quick and easy “fun fold” card. It is created with the Stampin Up Carousel Birthday Stamp Set and Cupcakes and Carousels DSP. I have listed the measurements for you below. The ovals are cut from the Layering Ovals dies, and the hearts are from the Metallic Enamel Shapes. Designed by  Kim Williams.
