Here’s a super fun birthday card featuring the new Stampin Up Birthday Blast Stamp set and Party Animal designer paper. I especially love the Candle Border punch along the bottom. It was punched from a strip of Pacific Point card stock, then layered over Curshed Curry card stock for this effect.
