This is such a stinkin’ cute birthday! From the Stampin Up Bear Hugs stamp set and framelit bundle. The balloons are from the Celebrate Today and Balloon framelits, and it also features elements from Build a Birthday and Confetti Celebration. Love the new In Colors together on this card. Adorbs!

    it never occured to me to combine these balloons with the bear. I always thought they were out of scale. But the fit nicely
