The best sale of the year is right around the corner; are you getting excited for Sale-A-Bration? I know I am. This week I was able to play with the new Best of Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set. It was fun to see the stamps from years past. from Kasia J. Stampin’ Up! Concept Artist
On this card, I used Old Olive and Crushed Curry Stampin’ Write Markers to ink up the flowers and the “For you” greeting. (The Little Labels Punch Pack has the perfect punch for the greeting!)
The only stamp I used on my projects that isn’t in the Best of Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set is the Dictionary Background Stamp. I LOVE this stamp so much! The Smoky Slate dictionary page was the perfect backdrop for my flowers. I also used a Stampin’ Spritzer to turn the doily Smoky Slate.
I also made a small “Bliss” tag to add to a gift or a scrapbook page—or I might hang it from a jar on my desk. (I can’t decide!) I love using neutral colors on my projects and giving them a pop of color—as I did with the Calypso Coral. Then I stamped the flower image in Gold Metallic Encore ink to add a bit of shine.
