Beautiful Valentines day card I made with some friends this weekend. We used the Hearts a Flutter framelits and the Stampin Up red glimmer paper for the heart, and the gold foil paper in the Holiday catalog with the Expressions thinlit for the "love". The background texture is called Decorative Dots and it's a brand new Impressions Folder that will be coming out for Sale-a-bration which begins January 28, 2013. You can earn it free!

As I was making this card, I realized this Expressions Thinlit "Love" is in the Holiday Catalog that is ending on Friday! The Expressions Thinlits won't be available after Jan 3, 2013. I thought for sure it would be on the "carry over list" but it isn't, so if you haven't received yours yet be sure to order this week and combine with the 80% off Clearance Rack Blitz - new items were added this weekend.

Merry Christmas my friends! Today I thought I'd share a super cool winter / Christmas theme card created by Liz Miller of Stampin' with Liz!

I created my Christmas Cards using Stampin Up's digital software "My Digital Studio" (MDS). They just came out with these cool new "shaped" photo cards that I think are the coolest ever! And I'm not just saying that because I'm so proud of my handsome guys on the front.

These cards were really easy to make, I just created a "postcard" project in MDS. Then changed the "View > Bleed Area" to Artisan for this shape (we also have Scalloped Shaped Cards). I printed them directly through the MDS program. Super easy, and so awesome. I love them.

Here's the front and back view of the cards. When you have them printed through MDS, they even come with envelopes.

This gorgeous flip card is part II in my Festive Flurry series, and the beginning of a short series within a series lol. Yes, you read that right, in the Festive Flurry series, I'm going to be doing a "Festive Flurry Flip" card series. These will WOW you!

This is a classic Circle Flip card. Designed by April Lopez.

Today's Christmas card idea is simply and easy and has a fantastic glimmer tag with a clear vintage faceted button on it that is just beautiful. I took a close up of the side view to show you how it was done. It's actually quite simple but soooo pretty! The poinsettia comes from the Joyful Christmas stamp set, and the words come from Christmas Messages. Both stamp sets are in the Stampin Up Holiday Catalog. The tag is from the Hearts a Flutter framelits. Card design by Laurie Krauss.

Another great Christmas card featuring products from the Stampin Up Holiday Catalog (which is ending January 2, 2014). The stamp set is called O Holy Night, it is layered on the big accent from the Apothecary Accents Framlits. Also uses Smoky Slate textured card stock and Winter Frost Designer Paper.

The Festive Flurry snowflakes look beautiful no matter what you do with them, it's like you can't go wrong! I love that. Here's another great card featuring the bundle in the Holiday Catalog (stamp set and framelits). The "Merry Christmas" is from the Special Season stamp set. Designed by Genevieve Ko.

Having some fun in the Holiday Catalog today, the first in a series featuring the Festive Flurry bundle (stamp set and framelits). This is a cool design, using a larger framelit to cut out the Winter Frost designer paper, showing the Island Indigo card stock beneath it. Then stamping and cutting 2 snowflakes: 1 in baja breeze (larger) and 1 in island indigo (smaller) and layering on top. So cool!

Today's Christmas Star card is a WOW! It's really an eye-catcher using the Merry Little Christmas stamp set for the "Merry", and the Christmas Star single stamp for the star template make it really easy. Simply stamp the Christmas Star on the back of our Silver Foil paper, then cut out and score just like I did in this video for the box.

Would also make great tags for your presents! This card was designed by Winona Semler.

The best sale of the year is right around the corner; are you getting excited for Sale-A-Bration? I know I am. This week I was able to play with the new Best of Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set. It was fun to see the stamps from years past. from Kasia J. Stampin' Up! Concept Artist



On this card, I used Old Olive and Crushed Curry Stampin’ Write Markers to ink up the flowers and the “For you” greeting. (The Little Labels Punch Pack has the perfect punch for the greeting!)



The only stamp I used on my projects that isn’t in the Best of Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set is the Dictionary Background Stamp. I LOVE this stamp so much! The Smoky Slate dictionary page was the perfect backdrop for my flowers. I also used a Stampin’ Spritzer to turn the doily Smoky Slate.



I also made a small “Bliss” tag to add to a gift or a scrapbook page—or I might hang it from a jar on my desk. (I can’t decide!) I love using neutral colors on my projects and giving them a pop of color—as I did with the Calypso Coral. Then I stamped the flower image in Gold Metallic Encore ink to add a bit of shine.
