I created this card for the Stampin’ Up Founders Circle retreat in St. George, UT last month. I love the witch on the broom flying over the moon! Too stinkin’ cute. Catch the video for my “witches laugh”…hmmmm I’m thinking my kids should be worried after I nailed it lol. You’ll flip for how easy the Chevron contrasting background is to create. And of course, what’s Halloween Season without a little “masking” technique *ba-dump-bump” LOL!
